摘要 为了研究碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)在雷电流作用下的烧蚀损伤,对CFRP进行了雷电流电-热耦合效应仿真和不同参数影响分析。首先,对试件进行了电-热耦合有限元分析;并在温度叠加法的基础上进行改进,完善了温度引起复合材料的性能变化;利用ABAQUS软件进行了碳纤维增强复合材料雷击损伤电-热耦合仿真模拟,和实验结果对比验证了仿真的有效性。结果表明:相同波形雷击电流,峰值越高,损伤面积越大,损伤深度越大。之后,利用改进方法分别研究不同因素对雷击作用下CFRP烧蚀损伤的影响,结果表明复合材料的电导率、比热、密度是影响烧蚀损伤的重要因素。 In order to study the ablation damage of carbon fiber reinforced composites( CFRP) under the action of lightning current,the simulation of the electrothermal coupling effect of CFRP and the influence analysis of different parameters were carried out. First of all,the electrical and thermal coupling finite element analysis was carried out on the specimen,and on the basis of temperature superposition method was improved,perfect the temperature causes the performance of the composite materials,carbon fiber reinforced composite material is studied by using ABAQUS software,a lightning strike damage electrical and thermal coupling simulation,and comparison of the experimental results verify the validity of the simulation. The results show that the higher the peak value,the larger the damage area and the larger the damage depth. After that,the effect of different factors on CFRP ablative damage was studied with the improved method,and the results showed that the electrical conductivity,specific heat and density of composites were the important factors influencing ablative damage.
