摘要
探明降解阿特拉津的产脲节杆菌Dn L1-1对小麦籽粒氨基酸和蛋白质的影响,为进一步完善降解菌Dn L1-1的功能,更好地应用该菌剂提供理论基础和实践基础。利用产脲节杆菌Dn L1-1拌种小麦种子并播种在夏玉米田中,使小麦籽粒附着不同浓度的活菌数目(1×105CFU/粒、1×106CFU/粒),从而测定其对收获小麦氨基酸和蛋白质的影响。结果表明,在收获期,两种浓度的处理均能够提高小麦的产量,上涨幅度为3. 51%和7. 14%,并且小麦籽粒含有的18种氨基酸总含量分别提高13. 94%和19. 33%,蛋白质含量提高10. 56%和22. 26%。由此可见,降解阿特拉津的产脲节杆菌Dn L1-1拌种小麦种子,有利于小麦籽粒氨基酸和蛋白质含量的提高,从而提高小麦的营养品质。
Through exploring the effect of Arthrobacter ureafaciens DnL1-1 which can degraded atrazine on amino acid and protein of wheat grain,this study aimed at perfecting the function of A. ureafaciens DnL1-1 and providing theoretical and practical basis for applying it. A. ureafaciens DnL1-1 was used as seed dressing agent and the seeds( concentration of each seed is 1 × 10^5 CFU and 1 × 10^6 CFU) were sown in the maize fields,the purpose is to survey the effect of the bacteria on wheat growth. The results show that two seed dressing agent could promote the yield of wheat in the harvesting period,increased by 3. 51% and 7. 14% separately. The contents of 18 amino acid composition improved 13. 94% and 19. 33% by treatment with different concentration of seed dressing. And the protein content by 10. 56% and 22. 26%,respectively. This above results indicated that seed dressing of A. ureafaciens Dn L1-1 could promote the growth of wheat and enhance the resistance of wheat,and thus improved the yield of wheat and the nutrition quality of wheat.
