工匠精神融入高职院校实践育人体系的实践探索——以九江职业技术学院为例

On Practical Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of Craftsman Spirit——a case study in Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College

进入新时代,担负新使命。优秀工匠成为我国现实而迫切的需要,培育具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才是高职院校的重要使命。实践育人是高职院校最显著的育人特色,也是高职院校提升人才培养质量的重要环节。九江职业技术学院弘扬军工文化育人传统,通过推进实践教学、社会实践、创新创业教育、军事训练、校企实习实训、提升教师"双师"素质等系列措施,有效构建了工学结合的实践育人体系,实践育人成果不断丰富,育人效力不断发挥,为新时代高职院校实践育人的发展提供借鉴。

in the new era, excellent craftsmen have been in a realistic and urgent demand in China, and it is an important new mission in this new era for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit. Practical education, which is the most prominent feature of Higher Vocational colleges, is an important link to improve the quality of personnel training. Carrying forward the cultural tradition of military industry, Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College has effectively set up a practical education system which combines work with learning. Through promoting practical teaching, social practice, innovation and entrepreneurship education, military training, college-enterprise practical training, and improving the quality of “double-qualified teachers”, we have achieved a lot in practical education, which provides reference for the development of practical education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era.
