摘要
构建高职教育现代学徒制"三元融通"人才培养模式,形成"校、企、政"三方合作运营机制,可以解决现有学校和企业存在"双方孤立不融"的状况,实现高职教育的可持续发展,提高高职教育人才质量。
the “three-element cooperation”, which stands for the cooperation among the three parties of college, enterprise, and government, can provide a resolution for the problems that the colleges and the enterprises are separated without integrations, so as to improve the quality and ensure the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
