羽毛球运动员应加强对核心力量的训练,通过核心力量训练提高身体的稳定性,增强身体关键部位肌肉群的力量,有效降低运动伤害。
Badminton players should strengthen the training of core strength, improve the stability of the body through core strength training, enhance the strength of the muscles in key parts of the body, and effectively reduce sports injuries.
