摘要
高职院校教学对象和培养目标与本科院校的差别,决定了高职辅导员的工作内涵和胜任特征有其特殊性。本研究通过开放式问卷、核检表调查法构建了高职辅导员胜任力的理论模型,通过对173名一线高职辅导员展开调查,对获取的数据进行分析,结果表明:高职辅导员胜任特征结构包含人格特质、业务能力、政治素养、知识结构四个因素。经检验,本问卷具有良好的信度、效度,可以作为测量高职院校辅导员胜任特征的工具。
The difference of teaching object and training target between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges determines that the work connotation and competence of counselors in higher vocational colleges have their own particularity. This research constructs the theoretical model of the competency of higher vocational counselors through open questionnaire and nuclear inspection table investigation. Through the investigation of 173 first-line vocational counselors, the data obtained are analyzed. The results show that the competency structure of higher vocational counselors includes four factors: personality, professional ability, political accomplishment and knowledge structure. It is proved that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to measure the competency of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
