针对高职教育的特性,借助经典的胜任力模型,结合文献分析法、问卷调查法等方法,使用SPSS17.0统计分析软件,构建出具有信度和效度的符合"互联网+双创教育"背景的高职教师胜任力模型。

In view of the characteristics of higher vocational education, with the help of classical competency model, combined with literature analysis, questionnaire and other methods, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software, this paper constructs a competency model for higher vocational teachers with reliability and validity in accordance with the background of “Internet plus dual creation education”.
