近年来,在国家学前教育政策的支持下,普惠性民办幼儿园得到了一定程度的发展,不过在对普惠性民办幼儿园的认定、管理以及财政资助等方面存在着一些困境,为了促进普惠性民办幼儿园的发展,相关部门有必要对其进行规范认定、分类管理、动态评估、合理资助、统筹布局,以发挥普惠性民办幼儿园为民众提供优质低价学前教育服务的目的.

In recent years,with the support of the national preschool education policy,the inclusive private kin-dergartens the inclusive private kindergartens have been developed to a certain extent. However,there are some diffi-culties in the identification,management and financial support of inclusive private kindergartens. To promote the de-velopment of inclusive private kindergartens,it is necessary for relevant governmental departments to carry out stan-dardized identification,classification management,dynamic assessment,reasonable financing,and overall layout to provide high-quality and low-cost preschool education services for the public.
