摘要
在"一带一路"背景下,建设高水平国际化高职院校受到了前所未有的重视,并且取得了初步成效,高职院校接受的"一带一路"沿线国家留学生逐年增多。但由于"一带一路"沿线国家众多,留学生的文化差异较大,高职院校的留学生管理工作已成为一项新的研究课题。从跨文化管理理论出发,结合目前高职院校来华留学生跨文化管理中存在的问题,提出"正视文化差异"、"加强沟通交流"、"建立合理管理制度"和"培养跨文化管理理念",完善高职院校跨文化管理体系。
Under the background of “the Belt and Road” initiative, the construction of high-level international vocational colleges has received unprecedented attention and achieved initial results, and the number of international students from countries along “the Belt and Road” has increased year by year. However, due to the large number of countries along “the Belt and Road” and the large cultural differences among international students, the management of international students in higher vocational colleges has become a new research topic. Based on the intercultural management theory and the problems existing in the intercultural management of international students in vocational colleges in China, this paper proposes to prove the intercultural education management system of higher vocational colleges in four aspects,“facing up to cultural differences”,“strengthening communication”,“establishing a reasonable management system” and “cultivating the intercultural management concept”.
