摘要
介绍了基于Automation Studio软件自动供料系统改进与仿真的方法,通过对自动供料控制系统的搭建、电气线路的连接、PLC程序编制、元件参数设置和仿真分析,验证了自动供料控制系统设计的可行性和合理性,有效提高了供料效率,弥补了传统设计方法的不足,提供了基于仿真软件的自动控制系统设计的思路和方法。
This paper mainly introduce the improvement and simulation of automatic feeding system, which based on the software of Automation Studio. By the construction of the automatic feed control system, electrical wiring connections, PLC programming, component parameter setting and the simulation analysis, the feasibility and rationality of automatic feed control system can be verified. This method can improve the feed efficiency, make up for the deficiency of the traditional design method and also provide some ideas and methods for the automatic control system based on simulation software design.
