政府主导下社会组织参与社区教育的经济关系研究

Research on the Economic Relationship of Social Organizations in Community Education under the Guidance of the Government

经济关系是市场机制中最基本的社会关系,也是政府向社会组织转移公共服务职能、促进社会组织良性发展的决定性因素。在社会组织参与社区教育的研究和实践过程中,人们往往注重社会组织教育功能的发挥,而忽视经济关系的决定性作用。根据经济关系的两重性理论,剖析社会组织参与社区教育的经济关系的基本形态、主要特点,将有助于完善社会组织参与社区教育的机制,提升社会组织承担教育任务的能力,实现社会组织自身的可持续发展。

Economic relationship is the most basic social relationship in the market mechanism,and it is also the decisive factor for the government to transfer public service functions to social organizations and to promote a healthy development of social organizations.During the course of research and practice on social organizations participation in community education,it s clear that the educational function of social organizations is emphasized while the decisive role of economic relations is ignored.According to the duality theory of economic relations,the analysis of the basic forms and main characteristics of the economic relations,of which social organizations participate in community education,will help to improve the mechanism of social organizations participating in community education,to enhance the ability of social organizations in undertaking educational tasks,and to realize the sustainable development of social organizations.
