Research on Learning Portfolios Compiling,Studying and Management under the Background of Learning Society

党的十九大指出要"加快建设学习型社会,大力提高国民素质"。建设学习型社会必须构建终身教育体系,为终身学习者建立科学规范的学习档案,而在网络化、数字化、个性化环境下,终身学习档案的编研和管理,需要建立个人账户、建设学习和管理平台、统一标准和规范、提高档案质量和服务水平。

The 19th National Congress of China Communist Party points out that“speed up the construction of a learning society to vigorously improve the national quality”.To establish a learning society,it is necessary to establish a lifelong education system and create scientific and normative learning portfolios for lifelong learners under the environment of network,digitalization and personalzation,the compiling,studying and management of lifelong learning portfolios requires opening personal accounts,setting up learning and management platforms,unifying standards and regulations,and improving portfolios quality and service level.
