高端职教人才培养现状与展望——基于十所院校全日制职教硕士培养调查 被引量:3

Current Situation and Prospects of Training High-end Vocational Education Talent——Based on the Survey of Full-time Vocational Education Masters in Ten Universities

摘要 自2015年国家增设全日制职业教育硕士专业学位以来,在短短的几年里,职业教育硕士培养工作在管理架构、制度建设、课程体系建设、学位论文管理等方面已初见成效。同时,当下职业教育硕士培养工作也面临着生源质量欠佳、课程设置上分类培养体现不足、实践模式难以实现"双师型"培养目标等困境和挑战。为了进一步提高职业教育硕士培养质量,基于对十所国内院校的调研,文章提出了适当控制跨专业招生、实行弹性培养学制、扩大兼职导师队伍等措施,强调政府、学校、企业、行会等要整合资源优势,强化横向合作,合力搭建协同培养平台,实现职业教育硕士培养工作内涵式发展。 Since the establishment of the full-time master s degree in full-time vocational education in 2015,in just a few years,the master s training of vocational education has made initial achievements in the management,system construction,curriculum system construction and in the management of dissertations.At the same time,the master s training of vocational education is also faced with dilemmas and challenges such as poor quality of students,inadequate classification and training in curriculum structure,and difficulty in achieving the goal of“double-skilled”training.In order to further improve the quality of master s education in vocational education,based on the survey of ten domestic institutions,the article puts forward measures such as appropriate control of cross-major enrollment,implement flexible training system,and increase the team of part-time tutors,emphasize that government,schools,enterprises and guilds should integrate resource advantages,strengthen horizontal cooperation to establish a collaborative training platform and achieve the connotative development of the master s training in vocational education.
