摘要 随着时代的进步,教育的发展和新课程改革的不断推进给高中教师发展带来了机遇,同时对教师的专业发展、综合素养等提出了更高的要求。结合不同学校、不同学科、不同年龄层次和性别的优秀教师成长经验,按照自主性原则、综合性原则、多样性原则和实践性原则,设计一套凸显实效性的高中教师自我发展的参考方案,并从实践的角度对方案部分问题进行探讨,进而提出相应的建议,旨在为入职后高中教师的自我发展提供有益借鉴。 With the progress of the times,the development of education and the promoting of the new curriculum-reform has brought oppotunities to the development of high school teachers,but also put forward higher requirements for teachers professional development and all-round quality.This paper,based on the growth experiences from teachers of different gender,age and discinpline at different schools,designs a set of reference programs for self-development of senior high school teachers according to the principles of autonomy,comprehensiveness and diversity,which highlights the practicality and gives a brief discussion on problems in this program from the perspective of practice.This study aims at providing useful reference for the growth of senior high school teachers in service.
