摘要
以精密卧式加工中心Z向双驱进给系统为研究对象,研究两轴摩擦力不同及重心偏移的情况下负载惯量对双驱进给系统同步误差的影响。首先,根据其结构及运动特点,建立其全闭环仿真控制模型;其次,利用Matlab/Simulink软件,分析了机械系统各结构参数和速度及加速度与同步误差之间的关系;最后,通过测量MCH63 Z向双驱进给系统在S形位移曲线路径下的同步误差,将实验结果与仿真结果对比,验证了模型及仿真分析的正确性。研究结果可为双驱进给系统结构设计及同步误差补偿研究提供一定的理论依据。
In this paper, the Z-direction dual-drive feed system of precision horizontal machining center is taken as the research object,the influence of load inertia on the synchronization error of dual-drive system under the condition of different frictional forces and gravity center offset is studied.Firstly, according to its structure and motion characteristics, a full-closed simulation control model is established;Secondly, the relationship between structure parameters, speed, acceleration and synchronization error of mechanical system is analyzed by using Matlab/Simulink software;Finally, by measuring the synchronization error of the Z-direction dual-drive feed system of the MCH63 precision horizontal machining center in the S-shaped displacement curve path, the experimental results are compared with the simulation results, and the correctness of the simulation analysis is verified. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and synchronization error compensation of the dual-drive feed system.
