摘要
为了减少复杂产品模块划分方案评价过程中存在的不确定性及提高客户满意度,提出采用考虑客户需求偏好的混合模糊多准则群决策方法。将混合模糊集理论引入到多准则群决策,实现对评价准则的打分赋值;引入改进的模糊层次分析法求取初始状态的准则权重,并通过对客户需求偏好分析实现准则权重的调整;基于混合模糊集的群体集结方法,实现决策者评价信息的有效集结;最后,以单立柱堆垛机为研究对象,基于逼近理想解排序法,实现模块划分备选方案的排序与选择。结果表明该方法得出的方案与工程实际更吻合,且更满足客户的需求偏好,从而验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to reduce the uncertainty in the evaluation process of complex product module division schemes and improve customer satisfaction, a hybrid fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making method based on customer demand preference is proposed. The hybrid fuzzy set theory is introduced into multi-criteria group decision making to realize the evaluation of the evaluation criteria. The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the initial state weights, and the weight of the criteria is adjusted by analyzing the customer demand preferences. The group aggregation method of hybrid fuzzy set is used to realize the effective assembly of decision makers′ evaluation information. Finally, based on the technique for sequencing by approximate ideal solution, the single mast stacke-crane is taken as the research object to realize the sorting and selection of options for module division. The results show that the proposed scheme is more consistent with the engineering practice and more satisfied with the customer’s demand preference, thus verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
