电影《找到你》的热映引起了人们对女性权益的广泛讨论,保护女性在婚姻关系中平等权益是社会进步的必然要求,是婚姻契约性的应有之义,是提高生育率,缓解人口老龄化的有效手段。完善《婚姻法》,保障女性在婚姻中的平等权益;完善《宪法》和《选举法》,提高女性的政治地位:完善《劳动法》,提高女性的经济地位。

In recent days, the hot movie Lost, Find has aroused a wide discussion on women’s rights. In this paper, it analyzes the reasons for the lack of women’s equal rights in marriage, and points out that women’s equal rights in marriage and family cannot be well protected due to the imperfection of relevant laws and the influence of feudal residual thoughts, Protecting women’s equal rights in marriage is an inevitable requirement for society progress, an inherent meaning of marriage contract, and an effective means to raise fertility rate and alleviate population aging. Therefore,it is very necessary to guarantee women’s equal rights in marriage by improving Marriage Law, to raise the political status of women by improving Constitution and Electoral Law, and to promote economic status of women by improving Labor Law.
