克罗米芬联合戊酸雌二醇治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的价值研究

Astudy of the Value of Clomiphene Combined with Estradiol Valerate in the Treatment of Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility

目的研究分析克罗米芬在临床中联合戊酸雌二醇治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的价值。方法选择于2016年5月至2018年5月期间到我院接受治疗的108例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组行克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组行克罗米芬联合戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、排卵率与妊娠率、卵泡大小与子宫内膜厚度、不良反应发生几率。结果观察组临床总有效率(88.9%)显著优于对照组(72.2%),差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率与排卵率、卵泡大小以及子宫内膜厚度均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论选择克罗米芬联合戊酸雌二醇在临床中治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者,可有效促进排卵、提高妊娠率以及临床治疗效果,不失为一种有效、可靠的治疗方式。

Objective To explore the clinical value of clomiphene combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of ovulatory infertility. Methods Atotal of 108 infertile patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=54) and observation group(n=54).The control group was treated with clomiphene alone,while the observation group was treated with clomiphene combined with estradiol valerate.A comparison between groups was made of the following indicators,including the clinical efficacy,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,follicular size and endometrial thickness,and adverse reactions.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pregnancy rate,ovulation rate,follicle size and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,no significant difference was found between these two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with clomiphene alone,clomiphene combined with estradiol valerate can more effectively promote ovulation,improve the pregnancy rate and clinical treatment effect with fewer adverse reactions,and therefore can be recommended as an ideal treatment forovulatory infertility.
