摘要
新时期高职院校师生课堂冲突调适转化主要涉及教师、学生个体和学校组织,调适转化过程包括冲突前预防、冲突中处理和冲突后转化三个阶段。调适转化策略分别是课堂冲突前的预防式策略、课堂冲突中的即时化解策略、课堂冲突后的转化策略以及促进和谐师生关系的学校组织策略。
In the new era, the adaptation and conversion of classroom conflicts between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges mainly involves teachers, individual students and school organizations. Adaptation and conversion process includes three stages such as pre-conflict prevention, conflict processing and post-conflict conversion. The adaptation and conversion strategies are respectively precautionary strategy before classroom conflict, an immediate solution strategy during classroom conflicts, conversion strategy after classroom conflicts, and the school organization strategy for harmonious teacher-student relationship.
