从“放羊”到“牧羊”——职业院校顶岗实习精细化管理研究

From Herding Sheep Freely to Raising Sheep Carefully——Study on Refined Management of Internship in Vocational Colleges

学生顶岗实习是职业院校教育教学的必备环节,但实践中的粗放管理导致顶岗实习出现岗位供给失衡、专业吻合度不高、实习待遇偏低、学生监管困难等问题。职业院校顶岗实习精细化管理必须完善保障制度设计、指导学生做好职业生涯规划、提高对学生顶岗实习的思想认识、构建科学的评价考核体系、探索"互联网+"顶岗实习台账管理,使顶岗实习管理从"放羊"式向"牧羊"式模式转变,实现社会、学校、企业、学生和教师共赢的目标。

Abstuct: Students’ internship is the essential part of education and teaching at vocational colleges. Nevertheless,in practice extensive management has led to various problems such as unbalance between posts and supply,insufficient matching of majors,low salary,difficulty of student management,etc. To realize the refined management of internship at vocational colleges,it is a must to improve the design of security system,guide students to well plan their career,increase their ideological awareness of internship,create scientific system of evaluation,explore the internship management of internet + so as to make it transfer from the mode of herding sheep freely to that of raising sheep carefully and achieve the win-win goal of society,colleges,enterprises,students and teachers.
