摘要
基于学习产出的教育模式(Outcomes-based Education,缩写为OBE)是一个学习产出驱动整个课程活动和学生学习产出评价的结构与系统,对于培养高素质人才具有十分重要的作用。文章针对目前高职护理专业教学存在的问题,基于OBE教育模式构建了护理专业技术技能型人才培养方案。
Outcomes-based Education(OBE) is a structure and system in which learning outcomes drive all the learning activities and the evaluation of students’ learning outcomes and plays a significant role in the cultivation of high-qualified personnel. In view of the problem of nursing speciality teaching confronted by the higher vocational colleges, this paper constructs a program based on OBE educational model for skilled nursing personnel training.
