我国居民杠杆率区域分化与影响因素研究

Research on Regional Differentiation and Influencing Factors of Chinese Residents' Leverage Ratio

摘要 本文对我国居民杠杆率变迁情况进行阐述,着重分析我国居民杠杆率的变迁机理。在此基础上,采用莫兰指数和空间计量模型等方法,选取我国十九个省市的相关数据作为样本,通过实证模型测算居民杠杆率区域分化的情况,就居民杠杆率影响因素进行解析并提出政策建议。
