城镇化进程中进城农民的教育问题分析

城镇化是一种客观的历史趋势,是社会发展的结果,也是农村剩余劳动力转移的客观需要。改革开放以来,伴随社会生产力的发展,我国的城镇化进程不断加快,大量农民涌入城镇从事非农化的工作。进城农民对于城镇化发展有着深刻影响,但他们的意识和素养很多情况下与城镇发展的需要有出入,需要进行教育。对于这种农民教育,党和政府非常重视,也取得了明显成绩,但依然存在着诸如教育定位不精准、投入不足、培训力度不够等问题。从推动城镇化深入发展的需要出发,我们需要面对这些不足,探讨措施,提升农民主动接受教育的意识,加大教育投入,规范农民的就业培训,更新教育方式,借以提升进城农民的受教育水平。

Urbanization is a impersonal historical trend which is a result of social development and the external needing of transfer about surplus rural labour. Since the reform and openness, the course of our urbanization is speeding up ceaselessly and there are great farmers who inbursting cities. There is a profound infection to urbanization from farmers in cities. Because of the gap between farmers’ consciousness and accomplishment and the needing of development of cities, it is need educations to farmers in cities. CCP and government attach importance to this education and have gotten obvious achievement. But there are still some questions such as the Inaccuracy to educational position and the deficiency to the educational devotion and the inadequate to the strength of training, etc. From the needing of driving the urbanization, we need to face these shortcomings and search some measures which to enhance farmers’ consciousness to accepting educations forwardly and increase the devotion and standardize the training about obtain-employment and renovate educational fashions, so as to upgrade the educational level of farmers in cities.
