基于ASEB栅格分析的福建休闲农业产业供给侧改革路径研究

The Impact of Rural Eco-tourism on Ecological Environment and Countermeasures of Long-term Management

本研究基于ASEB栅格分析法构建了福建休闲农业产业供给的ASEB战略矩阵,指出福建休闲农业产业供给存在着活动供给形式简单,制度、人才、旅游公共服务等供给与旅游需求不匹配,供给跟不上需求的变化,产业链与旅游需求不匹配等供需失衡与错位的结构性问题,需进行供给侧改革。基于此,提出旅游产品结构改革、休闲农业产业结构改革、制度改革、优化人才供给、优化旅游公共服务供给等对策建议。

Based on the ASEB raster analysis method, this study constructs the ASEB strategic matrix of Fujian's leisure agriculture industry supply. It points out that there are structural problems between supply and demand imbalance and misalignment,such as simple form of activity supply in Fujian's leisure agriculture industry supply, the supply and tourism needs of institutions, talents, and tourism public services do not match, supply can't keep up with changes in demand, industry chain does not match tourism needs.So supply side reform is needed. Based on this, it puts forward proposals such as structural reform of tourism products, reform of leisure agriculture industry structure, system reform, optimization of talent supply, and optimization of tourism public service supply.
