摘要 禽舍环境因素对肉鸡健康养殖至关重要,为此,文章以肉鸡养殖环境质量为监测对象,研究建立了肉鸡健康养殖环境监测控制系统,该系统由感知器、数据采集控制器、执行器及远程服务器等部分组成,感知器将实时监测的鸡舍环境数据与用户设定值进行比较,实现鸡舍通风降温的自动化,同时将该数据通过网络上传至远程服务器,便于用户随时查看鸡舍环境并对其进行调控;采集控制器和远程服务器之间的通信可采用GPRS、WiFi、433MHz及以太网等多种形式,可根据养殖场实际情况灵活选择。实验结果表明该系统稳定可靠,在保证禽舍所需温度基本恒定的条件下,使舍内可吸入颗粒物、氨气浓度和相对湿度保持在适宜范围。系统对于改善禽舍环境质量,提高养殖效益具有重要意义。 The environmental factors of poultry house are very important for the healthy broiler breeding. Therefore, the environmental monitoring and control system of broiler healthy breeding is established in this paper. The system is composed of perceptron, data acquisition controller, actuator and remote server, and the sensor will monitor the chicken in real time. The obtained environmental data is compared with the user set value to realize the automation of the ventilation and cooling of the chicken house. At the same time, the data is uploaded to the remote server through the network, so that the user can check the chicken house environment at any time and regulate it. The communication between the collection controller and the remote server can be used as GPRS, WiFi, 433MHz and Ethernet. Configurations can be chosen flexibly according to the actual situation of farms. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable. Under the condition that the required temperature of the poultry house is basically constant, the inhale particles, the concentration of ammonia and the relative humidity are kept in the suitable range. The system is of great significance for improving the environmental quality of poultry houses and improving the efficiency of breeding.
