Lü Bicheng, a native in Anhui province, is the representative Ci-poet in the modern Parnassus. She had traveled and lived in Occident countries thrice. She writes 168 Ci-poems of itinerary, based on the western natural sight and humane relics. She expresses the emotion of homesickness and ahimsa. Lü’s Occident traveling Ci-poems are diversified in themes, full of contents, combining thoughts with arts, but taking on the classics. By these Ci-poems, Lü has opened up a new realm for the modern Ci-poetry, which is of great significance.
