高校学生工作管理信息系统构建体系的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Construction System of the Management Information System of College Student Work in Universities

随着高校对于学生工作信息化管理与服务意识的提升与重视,国内各高校普遍都提出构建或已上线了本校的学生工作管理信息系统。在总结与分析目前高校学生工作管理信息系统建设与使用情况的基础上,结合当下高校学生工作的新特点与发展趋势,本文探索构建"以学生为本"为导向的学生工作管理信息系统,实现高校学生事务工作的信息化管理,更强调充分发挥管理信息系统的决策支持工作,提高高校学生工作科学化管理水平。

With the promotion and importance of information management and service consciousness of student work in universities, domestic universities generally propose to build or have launched their own management information system of student work. On basis of summarizing and analyzing the current construction and the usage situation, and combining with the new characteristics and development trend, this paper tries to build the management information system?of student work that is student oriented, the purpose of which is to realize the information- based management of university student affairs, making full use of the decision-making support work of management information system and improving the scientific management level of university student work.
