摘要 地方应用型院校工科毕业生就业难,小微企业发展又普遍受到人才瓶颈制约已成为当前工科人才供需双侧所面临的难题。本文以工科人才供需双侧所面临的难题为出发点,以小微企业需求人才特点为出发点和落脚点,针对"供给侧"工科人才培养模式提出改革方案与措施,以期建立生产服务一线紧缺的应用型、创新型人才培养机制,更好地实现人才供给与需求之间的"无缝"对接。对小微企业的健康发展以及地方应用型高校就业率的提高具有非常重要的现实意义。 The employment of engineering graduates in local application- oriented colleges and universities is difficult, while the development of small and micro enterprises has been generally restricted by talent bottlenecks. This has become a difficult problem for both sides of the current supply and demand of engineering talents. Starting from the problems faced by both sides of engineering talent supply and demand, and taking the characteristics of small and micro enterprises as the starting point and the foothold, this paper proposes reform plans and measures for the "supply side" training mode of engineering talents, in order to establish a mechanism for training applied and innovative talents urgently needed by the first line of production and service, and better achieve a "seamless" connection between talent supply and demand. It is of great practical significance for the healthy development of small and micro enterprises and the improvement of the employment rate of local applied colleges and universities.
