浅谈孔子的教学思想与小学教师基本素养

Brief Discussion on Confucius's Teaching Thoughts and Basic Accomplishment of Primary School Teachers

孔子是我国古代伟大的教育家和思想家,作为一名伟大的教育家,他提出了许多具有现实意义的教育思想,比如"有教无类""因材施教"等思想在今天已然被广泛认可并使用,而孔子关于如何做老师、如何做好老师的思想,对于小学教师素养的形成和发展具有重要的意义。本文从孔子的教学思想出发,逐一论述其教学思想中的七个主张与当代小学教师应当具备的素养之间的关系。

Confucius was a great educator and thinker in ancient China, and as a great educator, he put forward many educational ideas with practical significance, such as "teaching without class" and "teaching by his aptitude", which have been widely recognized and used today, and some of his ideas on how to be a teacher and how to do a good job as a teacher. It is of great significance for the formation and development of primary school teachers' accomplishment, starting from Confucius's teaching thought, this paper discusses the relationship between the seven propositions in his teaching thought and the qualities that contemporary primary school teachers should possess.
