A Study on Charge System of Private Kindergartens

如今,民办幼儿园的收费问题依旧是群众关注的热点。为了解决"入园难"这一问题,国家相关部门出台了大量的文件。本研究采用内容分析法,对相关政策进行文本梳理发现,民办幼儿园的收费政策在新修的《民办教育促进法》颁布之后有很大的改变,主要体现在民办幼儿园实行分类管理,政府与市场在两类幼儿园管理中的角色有所不同,民办幼儿园的自我定位也有所凸显。

Nowadays, the issue of fees for private kindergartens is still the focus of attention. In order to solve the problem of "difficulty in entering the kindergarten", the relevant departments issued a large number of documents. This research uses the content analysis method to carry on the text combing to the related policy, and finds that the charging policy of private kindergartens has changed greatly after the newly revised "Private Education Promotion Law", which is mainly reflected in the classification management of private kindergartens, the different roles of public and private kindergartens, and the prominent role of private kindergartens.
