摘要
随着研究生培养规模的扩大,研究生与导师之间的关系逐渐显露其复杂性。与导师之间的关系是研究生在该阶段最重要的人际关系,导生关系从科研、生活等各方面影响着研究生心理健康。目前的研究大多将导生关系与研究生心理健康两者拆分开来,仅从两者的个别组成部分切入,采用心理量表对部分高校、专业或地区进行调查分析。未来研究不仅应更多考虑实证方法与样本的合理选取,还应直接对导生关系与研究生心理健康两者进行更加系统全面的研究。
The relationship between the postgraduate and the tutor is the most important interpersonal relationship in the postgraduate stage and it affects the mental health of graduate students from scientific research, life and other aspects and it has gradually revealed its complexity with the expansion of postgraduate education scale. Most of the current researches use psychological scale to investigate and analyze students of some universities, majors or regions only from some influencing factors of the mentoring relationship and separate the mentoring relationship from the postgraduate mental health. The future research should not only consider the rational selection of empirical methods and samples, but also directly conduct a more systematic and comprehensive study on the mentorship relationship and graduate mental health.
