摘要
预算绩效评价考核是绩效预算管理的核心,是高校资源优化配置,提高高校预算资金有效使用的重要举措。在研究高校预算管理现状及存在问题的基础上,以绩效评价为导向,构建和完善科学的高校预算管理体系,以提高高校预算管理水平及预算资金使用效率和效果,促进高校可持续发展。
Budget performance evaluation is the core of performance budget management and an important measure to optimize the allocation of university resources,which can improve the effective management and use of university budget funds.On the basis of studying the present situation and existing problems of budget management in colleges and universities,a sound and scientific budget system is constructed guided by the performance evaluation.
