摘要
文章以CDIO教育理念为基础,"职业育人"为导向,"产学融合"为切入点,对汽车营销人才培养模式进行探索与研究,形成具有CDIO特色的人才培养方案、课程体系等,同时通过课程内容项目化、教学情境职场化、教学方法职业化,最终制定出人才培养新模式。新模式下培养的毕业生综合能力、职场应变能力得到更大的提升。
With the foundation of the educational philosophy of CDIO,orientation of“occupational education”and entry point of“industry-university-research cooperation”,the automobile marketing talent training mode is explored and studied to form the talent cultivation scheme and course system with the characteristic of CDIO.Meanwhile,course content projectization,teaching situation occupation,and professionalism of teaching method are used to formulate the new talent cultivation mode,which greatly improves the integrated capacity and occupational strain capacity of graduates.
