抑郁症患者焦虑症状影响因素的研究

STUDY ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF ANXIETY SYMPTOMS IN PATIENTS WITH DEPRESSION

目的探讨抑郁症患者的焦虑症状与代谢指标、心电图CP、SL电压之间的关系。方法选取本院收治的首发、首次住院治疗的抑郁症患者,收集其一般人口学和临床诊疗资料,采用HAMD量表评估患者有无焦虑症状,并据此进行分组,分析各组CP、SL与代谢指标的关系。结果伴有焦虑症状组治疗后随着时间的延长,其心率、空腹血糖、甘油三酯均有统计学意义(F=3.31～4.58,P<0.05)。无焦虑症状组治疗后各指标比较均无统计学意义(F=0.09～2.10,P>0.05)。CP与收缩压、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、LDL呈低度相关(r=-0.3～0.3,P<0.05),SL与HDL呈中度相关(r=0.5,P<0.05)。结论伴有焦虑症状者抗抑郁治疗后代谢指标有部分变化;CP、SL均与代谢相关,CP相关因素更多。

Objective To investigate the relationship between anxiety symptoms and metabolic parameters, electrocardiogram CP and SL voltage in patients with depression. Methods The first-time and first-time-hospitalized patients with depression were enrolled in this hospital. The general demographic and clinical diagnosis and treatment data were collected. The HAMD scale was used to evaluate the patients' anxiety symptoms. Based on this, the relationship with metabolic indicators among group CP and SL were analyzed. Results After treatment with anxiety symptoms, heart rate, fasting blood glucose and triglyceride were statistically significant ( F =3.31~4.58, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the indexes after treatment without anxiety group ( F =0.09~2.10, P >0.05). CP was associated with systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and LDL ( r =-0.3~0.3, P <0.05), and SL was moderately correlated with HDL( r =0.5, P <0.05). Conclusion There are some changes in metabolic index after antidepressant treatment in patients with anxiety symptoms. CP and SL are related to metabolism and CP related factors.
