摘要
人们的日常生活与夜间睡眠质量息息相关,因此,如何进行睡眠监测,实现睡眠质量评价,为发现和治疗相关疾病创造首要条件,在睡眠医学中显得尤为重要。睡眠质量评价通常通过对睡眠分期结构分类以及OSAHS病况监测完成。该文对常用的睡眠监测系统以及在睡眠监测系统中常用的分类方法进行了总结,比较了它们之间的优缺点。最后探讨并明确了对睡眠监测系统的研究方向。
The quality of sleep is closely related to humans daily life. Hence, it is particularly important in sleep medicine that enable people to conduct sleep monitoring and evaluate sleep quality, create the primary condition for the discovery and treatment of related diseases. Sleep quality estimation was usually completed by monitoring the structure of sleep stages and the state of OSAHS. The commonly used sleep monitoring system and classification mode of the monitoring system were summarized by this paper. Also, the advantages and dis-advantages of them were be compared. Finally, the research direction of sleep monitoring system is discussed and defined.
