"佛系"一词看似潇洒豁达,实则是青年学生信仰缺失、心理动力缺乏,面对巨大生存焦虑的防御性表现。"佛系"现象的爆红,既有社会发展的阶段性矛盾和价值多元化的影响,又有心理需求缺失等复杂的个体心理因素。对"佛系青年"的关怀和引导,应该在社会主义核心价值观的指导下,通过对"佛系"话语的重新释义、理想信念教育和积极心理素质教育三个方面,帮助学生形成正向的自我价值和社会责任感。

The word“Budda-like”may seem to be a synonym for“chic”or“gracious”,but it actually suggests absence of belief,lack of psychological motivation and existential anxiety.The popularity of Budda-like youth is partly a product of social contradictions and diversified values and partly a result of complex individual psychology.Colleges and universities must show solicitude for“Budda-like youth”,teach them core socialist values,help them develop positive psychological qualities and form lofty ideals and correct beliefs so they can grow into worthy socially responsible talents.
