锦屏文书是以锦屏为中心的清水江流域各族人民在明、清至民国时期从事农林业生产等社会实践中形成的原始记录,是各族人民勤劳智慧的结晶。在锦屏文书发挥"法律"作用的几百年时间里,它有效地调整这里的经济和社会关系,使人与人、人与自然之间更加和谐,一定程度上保护了生态环境。深入开展对锦屏文书的研究,对其中所记载和蕴涵的经验和智慧进一步提炼和升华,并科学应用,对脱贫攻坚和生态文明建设以及"乡村振兴"战略的实施都将起到积极的作用。

The Jinping Document is the original record formed by the people of all ethnic groups in the Qingshuijiangr area, which is centered on Jinping, in the social practices of agriculture and forestry production during the period from the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. During the hundreds of years when Jinping Document played the role as “law”, it had effectively adjusted the economic and social relations, with the increasing harmonies within human beings, between man and nature, protecting the ecological environment to some degree. By in -depth study on Jinping Documents, further summary and improvement of its recorded experiences and wisdom, and then with scientific application, Jinping Documents will play a positive role in poverty alleviation, ecological civilization construction, and implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
