摘要 由于固态继电器具有质量轻、无噪音、寿命长等优点,越来越受到汽车行业的青睐。固态继电器的开通和关闭响应时间是固态继电器的主要性能指标,在固态继电器的设计过程中,由于影响固态继电器该性能指标的参数较多,这给固态继电器的电路优化设计和电路仿真以及调试带来了非常大的难度。本文把DOE (Design Of Experience)的正交法应用于固态继电器的设计中,提出了固态继电器优化设计的新方法技术,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性和准确性;该方法不但大大降低了固态继电器的开发成本,而且为固态继电器优化设计提供新的方法和思路。 Due to advantages of light weight,no noise,and long life,the solid state relays are used widely by the automotive industry.The turn on and turn off response times of solid state relays determine the main performances of solid state relays.In the design process of solid state relays,there are many parameters affecting the performance of solid state relays,which brings great difficulty to the circuit optimization design,circuit simulation and debugging of solid state relays.In this paper,the orthogonal method of DOE(Design of Experiment)is applied to the design of solid state relays,and a new method technology for optimal design of solid state relays is proposed.The validity and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by experiments.This method not only greatly reduces the development cost of solid state relay development,but also provides new methods and ideas for the optimization design of solid state relays.
