在分析一汽丰田卡罗拉1.6L GL轿车点火系统工作原理的基础上,对该轿车怠速时发动机抖动,故障灯点亮故障的排除,通过故障诊断流程对电路系统和机械部件进行合理判断,最终确认故障原因为活塞连杆弯曲,从而引起气缸压力不足,导致气缸缺火出现故障码和发动机抖动现象,为该类型的故障维修快速诊断提供参考。

Based on analysis of the working principle of the ignition system of FAW Toyota Carola 1.6 L GL car,the troubleshooting of engine jitter and fault light illumination during idling of the car is carried out.The circuit system and mechanical components are reasonably judged through the fault diagnosis process,and the reason of the fault is finally confirmed to be the bending of piston connecting rod,which results in insufficient cylinder pressure and the failure of cylinder fire.The phenomenon of code and engine jitter provides a reference for the rapid diagnosis of this type of fault maintenance.
