摘要
提出了再生混凝土弹性模量的解析解。在细观水平上将再生混凝土看成是一种由天然骨料、老界面、老砂浆、新界面和新砂浆所组成的五相复合材料,构造出五相复合圆模型。基于弹性力学理论,导出了再生混凝土弹性模量的解析解。与文献中的数值模拟对比,证实了该解析解具有较高的计算精度。基于计算结果,定量分析了再生骨料取代率、砂浆附着率和老砂浆弹性模量对再生混凝土弹性模量的影响,结果表明:再生混凝土弹性模量随着再生骨料取代率和砂浆附着率的增大而减小,但随着老砂浆弹性模量的增大而增大。
An analytical solution for the elastic modulus of recycled concrete is presented.At the mesoscopic level,recycled concrete is regarded as a five-phase composite material,composed of natural aggregate,old interfacial transition zone(ITZ),old mortar,new ITZ,and new mortar.A five-phase composite circle model is constituted.Based on the theory of elasticity,an analytical solution for the elastic modulus of recycled concrete is derived.Through comparison with the numerical simulations obtained from the literature,it is confirmed that the analytical solution is of higher accuracy.Based on the calculation results,the effects of the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,the ratio of old mortar,and the elastic modulus of old mortar on the elastic modulus of recycled concrete are analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the elastic modulus of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and the ratio of old mortar but increases with increasing the elastic modulus of old mortar.
