摘要 探讨了无额外引水条件下,高吸水性树脂(SAP)的掺加方式和粒径对水泥砂浆工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:大粒径的SAP平衡吸水率更高,但吸水速率较慢;对SAP进行预吸水处理会降低其在水泥基体中的吸水能力,与掺加SAP干粉的组相比,掺加预吸水SAP组的新拌砂浆贯入度较大,但贯入度经时损失也较大;总水灰比固定时SAP对早期抗压强度的发展影响较大,但对28 d抗压强度影响不大。 The effect of addition modes and particle sizes of super absorbent polymer (SAP) on working performance and mechanical properties of cement mortar under the condition with no extra water was studied.The results show that SAP with large size has a higher equilibrium water absorption capacity,but a lower water absorption rate.The pre-absorption treatment in water decreases the water absorption capacity of SAP in cement matrix.New mixed mortar with pre-absorbent SAP has a larger penetration compared with the mortar with SAP added in dry powder form,and the loss of penetration also increase.The mechanical properties test shows that SAP has great influence on the early compressive strength but has little effect on 28 d′s compressive strength when total water/cement ratio is fixed.
