矩形顶管周围土体扰动及混凝土裂缝多因素影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 在顶管施工过程中不可避免的会对附近管线、城市道路、建筑物产生影响,考虑到现场监测手段的局限性,在通过有限元模拟的方法模拟各个影响因素下对土体更直观准确的扰动分析,及对各个因素的敏感度做出分析,根据分析结果可在施工中采取相应的施工措施,用以减小地层移动及改善土体的物理力学性质,使顶管施工符合市政施工规范。尽量减小对周边建筑物、结构物与地下管线的影响。顶管过程中顶推力对管道受力的影响不可忽略,对矩形管道结构受力与混凝土裂缝进行分析,提出结构优化设计方案及防止裂缝措施,为今后的工程提供理论依据。 In the process of pipe jacking construction,it will inevitably affect the nearby pipelines,urban roads and buildings.Considering the limitations of on-site monitoring methods,it aims to simulate the accurate disturbance analysis and analysis of the sensitivity of various factors by finite element simulation.According to the analysis results,corresponding construction measures can be taken during construction to reduce the movement of the formation and improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil,so that the pipe jacking construction conforms to the municipality and construction specifications.Also minimize the impact on surrounding buildings,structures and underground pipelines.The influence of jacking force on the stress of pipeline during pipe jacking can not be neglected.The stress of rectangular pipeline structure and concrete cracks are analyzed,and the optimum design scheme of structure and the measures to prevent cracks are put forward,which provide theoretical basis for future engineering.
