摘要
为研究硅烷浸渍对大孔隙生态混凝土降碱效果,采用两种不同的pH值检测方法测试生态混凝土pH值,并采用XRD和EDS试验分析降碱机理。结果表明:硅烷浸渍后的生态混凝土植生环境pH值可降至8.91,硅烷未参与水泥水化反应,而是在水泥石表面形成一层稳定的保护膜,阻止碱性水化物进入植生环境。
In order to study the effect of silane soakage technique on the alkali reduction of macroporous ecological concrete,two different pH value detection methods were used to test the pH value of the ecological concrete,and the alkality lowering mechanism was analyzed by XRD and EDS.The results indicate that the pH value of the ecological concrete planting environment after silane soaked could be reduced to 8.91,silane did not participate in the hydration reaction of cement,but it formed a stable protective film on the surface of the concrete,preventing the alkaline hydrate from entering the plant environment.
