摘要
基于Supply-hub和3PL构成的两级物流服务供应链系统,研究需求不确定条件下Supply-hub提供集成物流服务能力协调决策问题。考虑存在客户退货和3PL允许能力回购的情况,建立了允许退货的Supply-hub集成物流服务回购契约模型,利用Leibniz法则求得系统达到协调状态时最优物流服务能力订单量、回购价格及供应链各成员期望收益的解析解。算例分析进一步验证了模型的有效性,敏感性分析表明客户服务水平和固定3PL服务订单满足率等关键参数对该决策问题的最优解具有重要影响。
Based on a two-level logistics service supply chain system composed of supply-hub and 3PL,the integrated logistics service capability coordination decision-making problem of supply-hub under uncertain demand was studied.Considering the situation of customer return and 3PL allowable capacity repurchase,a supply-hub integrated logistics service repurchase contract model was established,and then the optimal logistics service capability order quantity and repurchase price as well as the expected revenue of each member of the supply chain when the system reaches the coordinated state were obtained by Leibniz rule.The validity of the model was further tested by a numerical study.Sensitivity analysis also showed that the key parameters such as customer service level and fixed 3PL service order fulfillment rate have important influence on the optimal solution of the decision-making problem.
