摘要
运用问卷调查法,从旅游管理专业的学习、前景、规划、归属、期望及教学六个方面构建了专业认同指标体系,并使用该指标体系对学生的专业认同现状进行分析。结果表明,旅游管理学生的专业认同总体程度较低,大一学生与大二学生在专业期望方面存在显著性差异,提出了从夯实专业认同基础、加强职业指导力度、加强师资队伍建设三个方面加强专业建设,提高学生的认同感。
Based on the questionnaire survey, this study constructs the evaluation index system of major acceptability from 6 aspects of learning, prospects, planning, belonging, expectations, teaching, and the system was applied to analyze the situation of the major identifications. The results show that the overall acceptance level of tourism management major students is low. There are significant differences in subject expectations between freshmen and sophomores. It is proposed to strengthen discipline construction from 3 aspects: consolidating the basis of acceptance, strengthening vocational guidance and stressing the construction of faculty team, so as to enhance students′ acceptability.
