摘要
对受教育者心理规律的准确把握关系到高校思想政治理论课的教学实效,在高校思想政治理论课中,教育者应当全面认识大学生独特而复杂的心理结构,充分发挥心理效应在树立良好教育者形象、设置科学课程内容、营造宽松课堂氛围、保证深刻教学效果等方面的积极作用,进而增强课堂教学的吸引力和感染力,保障教学实效。
The accurate grasp of the psychological law of the educated is related to the actual teaching effect of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. In the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, educators should fully understand the unique and complex psychological structure of college students, and give full play to the positive effects of psychological effects in establishing a good image of educators, setting up scientific curriculum content, creating a relaxing classroom atmosphere and ensuring long-term teaching effects, so as to enhance the attractiveness and affinity of classroom teaching and ensure teaching effectiveness.
