氯沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的效果

Effect of losartan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of senile primary hypertension

目的探讨氯沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月我院收治的88例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,试验组患者给予氯沙坦钾片联合硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血压、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的DBP及和SBP均降低,且试验组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、社会功能、心理健康、生命活力及总体健康评分均升高,且试验组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗老年原发性高血压能更有效控制血压,提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of losartan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of senile primary hypertension. Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with primary hypertension admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets, while the experimental group was treated with losartan potassium tablets combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure, quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, DBP and SBP of the two groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological function, role-physical, bodily pain, role-emotional, social function, mental health, vitality and general health of the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Losartan combined with nifedipine can more effectively control blood pressure, improve clinical efficacy and patients’ quality of life in the treatment of senile primary hypertension. It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
