硫辛酸联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果 被引量:3

Effect of lipoic acid combined with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的研究硫辛酸联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取我院收治的74例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组(硫辛酸联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗)与对照组(硫辛酸治疗),各37例。比较两组血糖控制情况、神经传导速度、密歇根评分、氧化应激与炎症反应指标水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组神经传导速度快于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组密歇根评分低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MDA、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均降低,SOD水平均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用硫辛酸联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能改善患者的临床症状,促进其病情早日康复,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of lipoic acid combined with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 74 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(lipoic acid combined with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection treatment) and control group(lipoic acid treatment) by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. Blood glucose control, nerve conduction velocity, Michigan score, oxidative stress and inflammatory response indicators and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 h PG and HbA1c in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The nerve conduction velocity of the study group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the Michigan scores of the study group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MDA, TNF-α and hs-CRP in both groups decreased, SOD levels increased, and those in the study group were superior to the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve clinical symptoms and promote early recovery of the disease, which is worth promoting.
