戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊在稽留流产清宫术后患者中的应用效果

目的研究戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊在稽留流产清宫术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院92例行清宫术的稽留流产患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案将其分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组术后给予抗生素及新生化颗粒治疗,观察组术后在对照组基础上给予戊酸雌二醇片及黄体酮胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率及受孕率显著高于对照组,宫腔总粘连率显著低于对照组,月经复潮时间短于对照组,卵泡晚期子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇片与黄体酮胶囊联合在稽留流产清宫术后患者中应用效果显著,其可有效缩短月经复潮时间,减少宫腔粘连发生,增加卵泡晚期子宫内膜厚度,提高受孕率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules in patients with missed abortion after curettage. Methods A total of 92 patients with missed abortion undergoing curettage admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment regimens, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics and neochemical granules, while the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the total incidence of intrauterine adhesious was significantly lower than that of the control group, menstruation resurgence time was shorter than that of the control group, and the thickness of endometrium in the late follicle phase was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules in patients with missed abortion after curettage has a remarkable effect. It can effectively shorten menstruation resurgence time, reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesious, increase the thickness of endometrium in late follicular phase, and improve the pregnancy rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
