维胺酯胶囊与米诺环素联合LED红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果

Clinical effect of viaminate capsules and minocycline combined with LED red and blue light irradiation in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的探究维胺酯胶囊+米诺环素+LED红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的77例寻常型痤疮患者,按照抽签法将其分为对照组(38例,维胺酯胶囊+米诺环素治疗)和研究组(39例,维胺酯胶囊+米诺环素+LED红蓝光照射治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组情感职能、精神健康、社会功能评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维胺酯胶囊+米诺环素+LED红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮效果确切,其可提升患者的预后效果,具有一定的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of viaminate capsules and minocycline combined with LED red and blue light irradiation in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Seventy-seven patients with acne vulgaris admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(38 cases, treated with viaminate capsules+minocycline) and study group(39 cases,treated with viaminate capsules+minocycline+LED red and blue light irradiation) by lottery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the scores of emotional function, mental health and social function in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Viaminate capsules +minocycline +LED red and blue light irradiation has exact effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris, it can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and has certain safety.
